I want you to be delighted with your goods. Please check all items immediately on arrival. Some products will vary slightly as they are handmade. I use the highest quality leather and suede. Slight colour changes or irregularities should be considered natural features adding to the beauty of your bag as it ages. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your approval, please call me on;

You can return all unused items to me within 14 days. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Please be sure to read and follow the product care instructions as, unfortunately I cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and I will not give refunds until the goods have been received back.

For damaged or faulty goods I will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage and return postage) or replace the item and refund your postage costs. When returning goods I recommend using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach me.
