Delivery

Once I recieve your order I will try my best to get it to you as soon as possiable. Stock permitting all orders placed by mail order or on the web are usually dispatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 -10 working days.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock,I will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it made up if possiable some bags are one of a kind. Please remember all items are handmade and may have to be made to order. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail or Courier, and a signature is required upon receipt. Therefore, please provide an address where someone will be in (a work address, a neighbour etc.)

Delivery charges are calculated automatically depending on weight and will be displayed to you before you are asked for your card details.
Please advise me if your order is needed by a specific date so that I can meet your requirements. If you are not going to be in when your goods are delivered, please give me clear instructions about where we can leave your parcel. Goods will require a signature so it will have to be left with someone trusted.

It is of huge importance that you supply the correct and full delivery address, including postcode, as we do not accept any responsibility for non-delivery, or delays where this is the case
