Stains can sometimes be removed by using a soapy solution, not detergent please test a small unseen part first, be careful not to get ant soapy solution on the suede. Leather which has been rain marked should be left to dry naturally. To remove marks use a good quality leather moisturiser do a sample test first on an area which cannot be seen . When not in use store leather goods out of direct sun light and do not place dark colours next to light this can cause colour migration which is irreversible. Do not over fill your handbag as over filled handbags can lose their shape. Avoid spraying perfume on or near the bag as it can cause colour bleeding.
